RWANDA –BELIZE: President Paul Kagame Postpones Visit to Belize

The Officer of the Prime Minister of Belize announced today that President of Rwanda Paul Kagame will no longer be visiting on his scheduled dates. A release states (quote) The Government of Rwanda has advised that, regrettably, the planned visit of President H.E. Paul Kagame has been postponed due to developing circumstances.
