During the meeting, President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, and President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, will discuss bilateral relations, current security challenges in Africa and Europe, as well as cooperation in international organisations.

Media representatives are invited to apply for accreditation to cover the official visit of the President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame. Applications must be submitted by 1 October 2024 at 15.00 by filling in the application form prepared by the Chancery of the President of the Republic of Latvia for each person to be accredited.
