Kagame was warmly received upon his arrival for the big event with a number of leaders including the African Union Commission President Moussa Faki.
He will be joining a list of other African head of states including Tanzania President Samiah Suluhu, Burundian President Evariste Ndayishimiye, Sahrawi Republic President Brahim Ghali,others who have already arrived at the venue for the big event.

The event was officially opened yesterday by the President and will go on for the 3rd tomorrow before it closes.
The event has attracted over 3000 delegates across the globe. Azimio La Umoja -One Kenya Alliance leader Raila Odinga has also arrived at the event where he was recieved by the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
