Kenyan General Jeff Nyagah, who commanded the East African Community Regional Force (EARCF) resigned on April 27. He denounces different kinds of intimidation aimed at his person, and political pressures forcing him to transgress the mandate entrusted to him by the Heads of State of the EAC.
