RwandAir has teamed up with female entrepreneur-supporting Rwandan coffee supplier, Question Coffee, to serve Rwandan specialty coffee on all its flights. By Travel Trade

Rwanda’s national carrier announced that the partnership would see over two million cups of coffee offered to passengers within the next two years, giving travellers the opportunity to support female small hold farmers and their families across Rwanda.
Question Coffee is a social enterprise funded by US-based Bloomberg Philanthropies and powered by 27,000 Rwandan women. It operates a training centre and cafe in Rwanda’s capital city Kigali where local women can develop their coffee roasting skills, tasting, preparation and service.
“Serving fresh and wonderfully tasty Rwandan coffee on our flights gives us gratification in offering to our clients the best, continuing to promote Rwandan products, and sustaining our community,” commented Chance Ndagano, acting CEO, RwandAir.
With a fleet of 12 aircraft, including two wide-body Airbus A330s, RwandAir currently reaches out to 24 destinations across east, central, west and southern Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia, from its Kigali International Airport hub.
